The service person was great, the spool wasn’t repairable and they were able to find one last spool in the inventory for replacement

I'm not sure where it all started, but the drag wasn't working properly on my Launch 350 so I thought I'd take a look to see if I could fix it. When I put things back together it was even worse and that was when I saw a few small parts...
I emailed Cheeky and that day I received an email response with instructions on how to ship my reel in for repairs. Two days later it was back in the mail on the way to my house. Even better was when I wrote back later to ask what had gone wrong--so that I'd be sure to not do something again--and received a quick, and courteous response with a short course on reel anatomy.

I have a tyro 3000 which I dropped in the parking lot and the reel seat popped off. I emailed cheeky and within 36 hrs they had new screws shipped to me free of charge so that I could put my reel back together again. Exemplary service in a world where that is now sorely lacking.
