General Shipping Information:

Processing Times:
We aim to process all orders that have no address errors within one business day of receiving the order. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding any USPS observed holidays. Due to the speed of order processing, we often cannot edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
Shipping Carriers:
We will ship via USPS for all orders unless the customer selects a different carrier at checkout. Please be sure you checkout using a shipping address that receives regular USPS mail including a PO Box if applicable.
Misships:
We are still humans packing your orders so mistakes occur. If you receive the wrong item in your shipment, please contact us within 7 days at getcheeky@cheekyfishing.com or (413) 346-4002 so we can remedy the situation and get you the right product.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages:
We will send you tracking as soon as we begin processing your order. Please use that tracking number for the most accurate shipping information. While we are not responsible for any carrier affected shipping delays or losses, we are happy to try to help you if that occurs. Damage During Shipping:
If the purchased product is damaged from shipment, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date so we can help resolve the issue. It may be your responsibility as the recipient to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to get it resolved.
Theft and package security:
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We take the carrier's word for it when the tracking shows as delivered. If it is stolen off your property or it is mis-delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Discrete Shipping:
We are not able to provide discrete shipping, so if you are shipping something that should be a surprise, please consider shipping to a different location. Our return address and brand name shows on the label and there also may be logos visible on the outside of the packaging.
International Shipping:
International shipping is expensive and those rates are set by carriers. You can contact us for an updated list of international dealers as buying within your country or region may end up being more economical. All duties and tariffs are payable by the recipient and are not included in the cost of the shipping service or product price that we quote at the time of your order. Any items returned to sender due to unpaid duties will be refunded, but shipping charges are non-refundable. International shipments are not eligible for any “free shipping” offers we may make on the website.
