“Win-it Wednesdays” Rules and Limitations: By participating or entering in the Cheeky Fishing “Win-it Wednesdays” giveaway, and/or accepting prize(s) related to the giveaway, you agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of North Points Brands, LLC (DBA Cheeky Fishing) as well as the Cheeky Fishing website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By entering the “Win-it Wednesdays” giveaway you are agreeing to opt in to receive emails from Cheeky Fishing.  For any week during the giveaway, you must be actively subscribed to receive emails from Cheeky Fishing to be entered in that week’s “Win-it Wednesdays” giveaway. If at any time you no longer wish to receive emails from Cheeky Fishing, you will have the opportunity to opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our e-newsletters or by contacting Cheeky Fishing directly. Random winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Cheeky Fishing. Winners will be announced each Wednesday until December 31, 2021, while supplies last, and notified by email and/or social media. If no response from the winner is received by Cheeky Fishing within 24 hours, any prize(s) will be null and voided and Cheeky Fishing will select another winner. Prize(s) will not be shipped outside the United States. Prize(s) are non-transferable and have no cash value. No purchase is necessary to enter. Cheeky Fishing reserves the right to cancel the “Win-it Wednesdays” giveaway at any time or to update or change the “Win-it Wednesdays” Rules and Limitations from time to time as it sees fit. If you do not agree with these “Win-it Wednesdays” Rules and Limitations, do not participate or enter in the “Win-it Wednesdays” giveaway.
